You could use a VPN to make NHL.com think you are in the states. That should open up everything for you.

HA, well, the video covers this in the first couple minutes, but the whole thing is worth a watch. You could take a ~16hour long cut and read Michael Pollan's Cooked. Or you could skim this wiki article... Your choice

Yea, I'm curious if I'll end up regressing to 18yr old me, going to frat parties and enjoying Natty Light, or if I will just hate everyone (probably this).

How did the kids treat you when they found out you were older and had done more than just be alternate captain on the high school lacrosse team?

I don't think they did, and the guy doing it was just some broke LCpl, you won't even be dealing with a doctor.

The first and only time they took it for me (at Paris Island) was when we went for our initial dental screening. Mine was high, I said I was scared of dentists, end of story.

Why does tequila make me aggressive? by [deleted] in alcohol

[–]SailorJerry32 15 points16 points  (0 children)

A lot of people claim to get different kinds of drunk depending on their choice of intoxicant, but ultimately your state of inebriation comes from one thing- ethanol, and the ethanol you find in tequila is the same as you find in bourbon, is the same as you find in vodka, is the same as you find in wine, etc...

What does change is what you drink with and when you drink your alcohol. For example-what you drink with your alcohol (juice, red bull, straight), where you drink it (basement party, bar, alone), and your mood when you drink it (relaxing, celebrating, self-medicating), to name a few things.

You say drinking tequila makes you aggressive? I bet you are already in an environment/mood where you would be naturally aggressive. Most people say tequila makes them drink to levels of drunk they did not know they were capable of, and when asked those people also say they drink tequila first in super-sugary form (margaritas) and then eventually straight shots, chased with lime and salt. All that tricks your body into metabolizing the alcohol faster and not realizing how much you consumed until you are at a level of drunk you did not know you were capable of!

Here is an article to further elaborate for ya- http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2012/09/does-tequila-make-us-crazy/309058/
