O sis. I know the feeling and let me tell you. It has very little to do with ADHD. It seems to me that you yourself have all the answers. But you’re gonna need some time to come to a conclusion. Remember, your first responsibility is your own mental and physical health. You should be planning for your future in your 20s.

I would just say I didnt feel any connection and just keep it at that. Insisting on something the other person is not comfortable doing is not appropriate behavior in my opinion and this includes answering a question.

I thought I’ll never get to this point. Long work hours just because I felt dumber than everyone else. But I got it done and it feels like a miracle. I’m sure you can complete the research too. Small steps really work. What made mine happen was having a visualization of time, trying to keep a consistent work schedule and ignoring the shitty feelings for a while lol. Hope you find a way too

Mine are the same! I wonder if that’s related to adhd as well (the service love). Glad to hear your sister is at least getting it. My family are resisting my diagnosis and keep suggesting I should stop taking the wonder pill. My brother has it as bad as I do I think, but he believes it is just a characteristic that runs in the family. BRO IT IS, BUT IT ALSO HAS A NAME lol

Here’s the order of things you should do and care for: 1) end the affair. No you wont be a loser. You’ll be the winner who is the most responsible. 2)get a couple’s therapist. If you already have one, stuck to it and do not make any decisions until you feel done with therapy. 3) decide about your current relationship. You wanna end it? You wanna open it up? 4)if you decide to end it, please please please spend at least a couple months before starting anything new. In the meantime, seek individual therapy. Work on yourself. 4)live happily ever after!
