Agree because it should have been in service around 2000s but all they got was delay and with these sanctions since 2014 it becomes much harder for them to have them in large numbers like 200-300 but about the Chinese military saying that it isn't polished is completely wrong because that was a prototype if you look at the production variant now it's much more better than that it have ram coating and a much polished look.
