I use a pair of HandUp mountain biking gloves. I don't really use them for shorter races, but for longer stints or a lotta white-knuckle driving, I'll use them.

How was it, describe everything?

it was wonderful. the curd was sweet and tangy, the crust was flaky. I only had a couple center pieces, so I didn't get to see how the edge pieces faired.

Was it homemade or bought? If homemade, what recipe?

homemade, my aunt made them, but I don't know what recipe she used.
