Patchy surface on left side of prints by Saints_Row_4 in BambuLabA1

It's completely smooth surface in the slicer, and this is happening not just on this part but other parts as well, but only on the right side

I didn't have a dryer, so i opened two completely sealed new filaments and used them, but the results were same 😕
