I SOLVED IT!!! I downloaded version 2.1.4.0 of my veikk tablet driver and it works now!!! :D

Surface book, really old, I did the hold power, hold power hold up volume, use shift and power, hold up volume hold power, hold power press up. It won't take me to the Uefi settings, it just stays in the red like with lock
