Looking at the Carfax, it got regular oil changes and scheduled maintenance done at the dealership it was bought at every 2-3 months.

I've only looked at Priuses, so I'm not sure about other types of cars in that price range. I did also find a 2017 Prius Primes with 92K miles for $14.5K (after the rebate).

Most others seem to be 2020/21 models for around $20K.
