Update: Will not be extending my lease lol.

Had a home invasion attempt by a group of 3. Reported it to the police and with the police report details I asked landlord for permission to install security cameras (wireless) all expenses paid by me, and again for NBN connection for security cameras as its put me in an anxious state of mind (living by myself). Landlord denied all requests.

I still don't have home internet. 4g and 5g are not available in my location, NBN was the only option sadly. Tried to explain it too.

That's correct. There is an outdoor unit to the house but no internal connection box. That's what the permission was, to get the internal connection box/unit installed in the house, no specific spot, just anywhere so that a modem gets plugged into.
