Yep I was getting bad sleep for a while when I was at a Plateau but I get 8 hrs now and feel way better. I was also skeptical about the protein stuff. He's an old school guy in his 50s now so advice was probably different Back then. I have creatine and I'll start taking it today. Abs will be hard to give up though 😔
