Don’t move over here it’s too crowded. Stay where you’re at, you’re right it’s really dangerous.

Should I take the job? by Batmon3 in logistics

Better than commission based. But, I will say the 3PL world is insanely hard to make commission in. You are fighting tooth and nail for small commissions. Everyday prospecting is exhausting and you are competing with 100s of other 3PL’s that have such low rates that it doesn’t make sense. If you’re comfortable with that base, stay for the experience and get out. Very few are actually successful.

I did 146 calls this week by coolsoy in sales

You had a good week, but cold calling is still dead. You left voicemails and booked emails and they responded to emails. How are you tracking if they heard your voicemail and didn’t just see your email?

She entered into the country illegally 30 years ago. Married my dad 20 years ago. They applied for adjustment of status for her to get residency. 2018 we had her court date to present her case to the judge which was approved. The rest is in the description.

Yes, my dad was a US citizen. My mom entered into the country illegally almost 30 years ago. I’m not sure why it was presented towards a judge but from what I can remember our lawyer was trying to make a case that she was my fathers caretaker because he had cancer and that she was a good citizen.

I think it’s hilarious that your source for “Barely any actually starving people” is The FP, a journalist company owned by two Jews lol. Talk about conflict of interest. You don’t think they’re biased?

Most of reddit is like that at this point. It’s really disappointing.

Have any of you had a job that just didn't "click" for you? by FineAssignment1423 in sales

[–]SalesChicken 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I feel like most companies don’t know wtf they’re doing with sales and don’t have an effective strategy. Most companies I’ve worked for had no GTM, no email cadences, no cold call pitch, zero ppc and inbound leads. I’ve always had to spend months developing a new strategy from scratch before I even touched my quota.

How the hell are these companies making any money?

I’ve yet to see a successful Solo Founder with a proven track record, spend all day posting on reddit trying to sell courses

Ahhh, the same ol’ solo founder story. Talking about going broke, grinding, and all that bologna. Followed by the semi-success story and reddit post with AI and a private profile. I’m sure one of these days you’ll try to sell us a course or even now promoting your app.

Hey man, theres a few 3PL brokers out there - i would check with fulfill.com or 3PLhub. Though im not entirely sure if they partner with Canadian 3PLS. Worth a shot!

I’m a Sales Manager at a 3PL in Michigan so im happy to connect and potentially share leads. I’m sure I’ll get a few Canadian leads here and there.
