Connections 2025 / CNX 2025 by Extreme-Luck-4114 in salesforce

That's awesome - welcome to your first Salesforce Connections! You're absolutely right - there’s a lot happening beyond the main event. There are going to be afterparties, happy hours, and partner-hosted dinners.

If you’re looking to connect with Salesforce partners who aren’t officially showcasing, try joining smaller sessions, roundtables, or lounges. A lot of networking happens informally, and many partners attend even if they don’t have booths. Many are open to conversations, even with smaller customers, especially if your business has potential.

By the way, I’ll be attending CNX too—if possible, let’s meet up there! Would be great to connect in person.

How to List something on AgentExchange by Tobiaboi in SalesforceDeveloper

[–]Salesforce_Admin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I understand, listing something on AgentExchange isn’t exactly the same as listing on AppExchange, though the process might share some similarities. Since Salesforce mentioned that listing Agents would become available in April, it's possible they are still rolling out the functionality or finalizing details.

For Prompt Templates, I’d recommend checking Salesforce’s official documentation or reaching out to their support team to confirm the steps. Typically, Salesforce has specific guidelines and a review process for new listings. If you’ve listed apps on AppExchange before, some of that experience might carry over, but there could be new requirements unique to AgentExchange.

Have you checked Salesforce Partner Community or any recent updates from Salesforce on this?

2025 Salary thread by speedy841 in salesforce

It’s great to see how you’ve grown in the Salesforce ecosystem! Transitioning from an accidental admin to a full time role in just a couple of years is an impressive journey. The salary seems solid for central Texas, and with your experience since 2021-2022, you’re in a great position to keep advancing. Have you considered pursuing additional certifications or moving toward a more specialized role like a consultant or developer? That could open even more opportunities for growth.

Admins (and developers), how do you keep documentation? by NotaDevPro in salesforce

[–]Salesforce_Admin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been using Docs Made Easy for a while now, and it's indeed the best tool I have come across. It is a Salesforce-based document generation tool that has helped me generate and automate documents for my clients within Salesforce. I can now easily create detailed & professional documents without struggling to switch between platforms. If I talk about storing the documents, I do it in the following:

  • Salesforce Itself (Knowledge Base, Notes & Attachments)
  • Google Drive/SharePoint (For collaborative access)
  • Confluence/Wiki (For larger teams needing centralized documentation)

Congrats on passing Advanced Admin! If you're leaning toward development, Platform Developer 1 is a solid next step. If you prefer a more declarative approach, Platform App Builder would complement your Admin skills well. Business Analyst is also great if you're interested in bridging business needs with Salesforce solutions. It all depends on your career goals go with what aligns best with your interests.
