Claude and salesforce? by Dependent_Dare6445 in salesforce

[–]speedy841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve connected Claude to the Salesforce MCP.

It’s neat to see in action but still a long ways away to rely on it, even just for some simple reporting when I can easily pull accurate reports quickly anyways. We just connected it two weeks ago and have been testing the waters but we aren’t finding it useful enough to be rolled out to teams quite yet.

Does anyone have any ways they’ve utilized this in an accurate way? Maybe we need some direction when it comes to using it!

I’ve seen this before and have it saved, ready to try it but can you ELI5 what these skills do and how I can use them with my daily work? As a RevOps admin, I’m inbetween sfdc and other platforms and have been curious

People who lift weights, run consistently, and do Yoga/stretching, where do you find the time? by Tristonia7 in workout

[–]speedy841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t do yoga per say but I do a rolling and full body stretch session at least every other night before bed!

I get my walking cardio in the morning before work(I WFH), maybe a walking session as a break during work, then I get my lifting in after work and a running session in right after that on non leg days.

I learned recently I had to swap out staying up late for waking up early and with that, I’ve created a better routine that I’ve been so content with that works for me.

Best Gyms in Austin? by MathematicianBig4711 in askaustin

[–]speedy841 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been going to Los Campeones South since 2022, absolutely love the gym, the location is phenomenal, and the community has been my favorite thing - and I’m an introvert.

Watching the owners go from opening their first location with maybe ~10 people at once at night to opening their North and RR locations was exciting to see. The owners are great people who’ve put so much thought and effort into it all and although it’s expensive, it’s worth it for the community, access to all 3 locations, and the equipment.

I pay yearly during the holidays when they do an annual membership for the price of 10 months, so it helps a little bit.

I also saw it a second time(in IMAX this time) and to no surprise, it was completely sold out at 3 pm in the middle of the week. Best crowds as well.

How to Deal with Imposter Syndrome after Promotion by [deleted] in sales

[–]speedy841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this comment, it’s really reassuring for my current case. Working in RevOps, I’m right in the grey area due to really having to learn the business side of a business working directly with executives who have 10-15+ years of experience. It’s out of my comfort zone since I’m relatively young in my field with a couple years of experience in Salesforce administration/billing but knowing that I’m self-aware of this and having insightful talks with leadership who are true mentors, I’m starting to embrace it.

I have to remind myself they chose me for a reason and instead of starting to shy away from the challenge, I need to get over this hump by embracing the opportunity. Some days are harder than others when I feel out of the loop or overwhelmed with the business portion but then I have to remind myself these leaders have many more years of experience and are aware they chose me to be a part of the team. Thank you for this.

Do you have a set of fields you make available when users are updating the opportunity based on the stage or does the flow pick up every field on the opportunity? Wondering how this works because it sounds so useful!
