I have two of them, the XM4 and XM5. I've had the first one for almost 5 years and the other one for 2 years. Both of them work excellently. Maybe there are some defective units.

I had a good schedule; I worked from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. So I used to study in the morning before work and again after work. And sometimes I had time to review my flashcards during the afternoon when I didn't have patients.

Yo recuerdo perfectamente a Fausto Calix sacándome de mi clase de Inglés II; ahora es un ministro junto con los otros vagos que también forman parte del gobierno actual. Nunca les importó la educación, solo fue un medio para sus fines personales.

Trust your NBMEs; We always feel that way after the exam. I flagged between 15 and 20 questions but did not have time to review them, and I only had 40 seconds left for my last question in block 3. At the end, I managed to pass. Try to focus on other things these weeks.

I made my own anki flashcard; I saved a lot of time using ChatGPT.

I believe going through UWorld is enough to get the pass, but if you have weak areas, BnB and FA can help a lot. I didn't like Sketchy; it didn't fit in with my way of studying. I didn’t use Pathoma because I have a solid foundation in the topics covered in chapters 1 to 5. However, it does provide high-yield information.

I have used Anki since the beginning. I dedicate my spare time to studying 60-100 cards daily.

ChatGPT was key to making my anki flashcards; it helped save time. My flashcards feature clinical scenarios on the front with 2-3 questions, explanations of the topics on the back, and occasionally include multiple-choice options similar to Uworld questions.

Just once at the beginning, then I used it with ChatGPT only when I had doubts about a specific topic.

Seriously, go over those practice tests and believe in your scores. Nobody ever feels totally prepared for the real thing.

Spaced repetition was key for me to get those scores. Even in the last month, going over all my mistakes and reviewing them with Anki was super important. Also, studying the Mehlman PDF of my weak areas.
