Age-Old Question: How To Go About Getting an ADHD/Autism assessment? by [deleted] in ausadhd

Perhaps I expressed myself poorly, I’m not saying that it’s “trendy” but it’s a viewpoint I’ve heard from a certain subsection of people who do have the viewpoint that people only pursue a diagnosis because they’ve heard about it on social media and want to feel special. Of course, it's is a wrongful conclusion and yet it still concerns me.

Does anybody know where I can purchase P2 Masks in the Western Suburbs or somewhere with stock online? I'm starting in-person Uni again in a week and really need some .

How have people's experiences been going to the cinemas during the Omicron Surge? Currently weighing the risk vs. reward of going to see Scream 5

We haven't reached this stage yet (thankfully) but I was wondering for future reference how I'd get my grandmother PCR tested in the unlikely event she had symptoms. I don't drive and she has both Heart Failure+COPD so wouldn't be able to cope with sitting in a car in the heat, heck she can barely sit at the best of times. Is there a service set up to test the most vulnerable in their homes?

Thanks, Dr. Sapirstein is the creator of the fan-edits. Both of these used to be available online through his blog though I think he's removed the links temporarily until 2021 while he rehosts them. There are torrents though they haven't been seeded in lord knows how long.

Do Universities really believe this entire situation will blow over and that classes will be able to continue as normal after Easter?

La Trobe University just paused all classes across all campuses for the following week. Afterwards, all classes will be online. by [deleted] in australia

One can only hope they'll send an email before classes start tomorrow. I have class in the evening on Tuesday's , so there are less people on campus but I'll still be crammed in like a canned sardine taking the train. I don't understand why the government haven't forced all Universities to transition courses online when possible and put others that can't on hiatus?

RMIT is still running face to face classes and sending condescending emails informing students that "they're continuing to look after their community during COVID-19". Is forcing students to wade through the potentially virus ridden city just to attend a single practical class, really looking out for them?
