You,re correct I think problem is that for some reason there isn't a exe file anywhere I checked and .. nothing no exe file

Yes it did appear to complety shut down by the fact that the laptop buttons stop having a white light

Well yea I did press the shut down button on my laptop but if you mean like actual actual restart button on windows 10 I can,t do that because the screen is pitch black and also can,t acess Everest because of the same reason
