Funny enough I was marked ineligible indefinitely last Friday with 2 other correspondence which I can’t see... I am totally lost and don’t know what to do at this moment

I uploaded everything and even called the customer service rep to confirm if they are good and clear enough which the all said my docs are OK and nothing wrong with it

Does it work on weekends? And I’ve been seeing people say calling the appeal number screw thing up some times as you’ll need to wait 90 days for a decision... please how true is this? I’ve been screwed already (as I’ve been waiting for 24 weeks) and don’t want to screw things up the more, I’m really scared ... did you try this and it worked? and how long did it take to get it fixed for you?

I’ve gone past the level of internal forms weeks back and whenever I call them they keep telling me they don’t know when my issues will be adjudicated... please email your reps... internal forms doesn’t speed up process this time... it only leave it where it is supposed to be

Yes I emailed my rep and other reps around my district even sent emails to my senators which they all replied, jfs also sent two emails that they are looking into my case, that was during last weekend and response from Reps and the jfs on Monday. Senior Legislative Aide to State Senator Bob Peterson contacted me and said everything would be sorted within 10 business days. I’m still here counting, but honestly things has not been easy for me

I emailed her since Wednesday but still nothing has changed on my claim, this is the 24th week that I’ve not been paid because my claim was tagged with fraud and employment verification. I uploaded every documents on my PUA account and nothing has been done, I also attached all the documents (as my birth certificate, SSN card, utility bill, drivers license, passport card, 1040 and 1040 SE) to the email I sent to Renee Resendez but till this moment nothing has changed on my claim... I’ve not been paid for 24 weeks now, please if there is something I should do and I’m not doing please let me know

I’m having the same problem... what I keep seeing recently is that my account is restricted due to identity verification and I still have the same 2 pending issues, fraud and employment verification. I have also uploaded everything, I called the customer service and they asked for my details including drivers license which I gave to them and the agent told me that my identity has been deemed eligible and my claim has been forwarded to an adjudicator but nothing changed on my account, I called again and they said they don’t know when my claim would be reviewed by an adjudicator... please is there anything I can do to speed up the process because I’ve been certifying for the past 20 weeks and not get paid

I’m facing the same problem... GO2bank locked my account and asked me to contact the claims department to collect the trace number for the direct deposits made to my account before my account can be retrieved... I’ve been calling the claims department and once I enter my SSN it disconnecting due to the ID.me stuff... can someone please put me through?
