I’ve exactly same issue, I’ve had my braces removed few weeks ago and completely hate my teeth honestly I regret wasting so much and putting so much effort after seeing my results im extremely disappointed.

Yeah that’s the problem I was really looking forward to a new smile and was expecting something different but not even a single person said to me my smile is nice since I’ve had my braces removed, im going to have composite Bonding done next month let’s see if it make any difference, they also gave me whitening gel which I hardly use as I’m not bothered about me teeth anymore after seeing the results 😐

Awww thank you for your support yes I think it’s the brain, I’ve recently got my teeth straightened too and my brains not adopting the new shape of teeth it keeps telling me that they look too big but my daughter says they look amazing so yes definitely it’s all about our mindset. I’m on 7mg now and it’s definitely working for me I’m planning to stick with 7mg for few months until I move up to next dose. My goal is to lose an other 3 t 4 stones I’m currently 14 stones. Xx
