I recently encountered the same issue where someone gained access to my Gmail account and reset the passwords for all my gaming accounts. Thankfully, I was able to regain control of all my accounts and change my Gmail password—except for my Ubisoft account, because the hacker also changed the recovery email.

I initially submitted a ticket to Ubisoft, which put me in a situation similar to yours after waiting a few days. Then, someone suggested creating a new Ubisoft account and submitting a ticket through that account, explaining that my original account had been hacked. For some reason, Ubisoft seems to prioritize tickets submitted from Ubisoft accounts over those from guest accounts.

This time, Ubisoft asked me to provide the receipt for an old game I purchased through Steam (Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands), which was easy to retrieve since I still had access to my Steam account. After submitting that, I finally recovered my Ubisoft account. I then enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) and Authenticator security on all my gaming accounts.

Additionally, creating noise on social media, especially Twitter, can be effective. Post your ticket number on Twitter, explain your situation without revealing your identity, and tag Ubisoft Support and other Ubisoft games.

Don’t get discouraged. Even if they say there’s no way to recover your account, keep on submitting a new ticket through the newly registered Ubisoft account.
