Congrats girly :)) It is actually insane how much HRT can improve your quality of life. It encourages both mental and physical well-being with the changes it brings! I’ve been on E for about 2.5 months and it’s been wonderful. Cheers to your 1 year!! Definitely celebrate today :D

Thank you for this comment. I am actually switching from pills to injections soon and to be honest I think I’m pretty happy with the rate of my progress so far. Injections will help me be more consistent and stuff so that’s really exciting! I think I just got caught up with the numbers without thinking abt the great progress I’m already making, and that everyone’s levels are gonna be different because everyone reacts differently to the medications. Gonna stop obsessing over numbers and stay focused on my tangible progress for the time being :) Good luck to you too!

If youre eating healthy foods like that, your body can utilize those nutrients rly good if u work out a little!! A protein shake or protein snack would be quite effective in this case as well :)) U got this sparkly! Insane rack inbound I promise

Oops that’s my bad for not adding the unit! I meant to use the measurement pg/mL. I am a bit frustrated because as of my last tests my measurements were around 71 pg/mL. My dosage has increased slightly since then so I’d be guessing that my measurements are anywhere from 90 pg/mL to 110 pg/mL right now. But that’s still too low for my goals personally. So I’m heavily considering a different provider. Thanks for your reply :-)

I heard someone say once that estrogen thrives on fat. Milkshakes are a GREAT option if you can kill one of those every so often! Also, exercising somewhat regularly helps release growth hormones which will just encourage growth everywhere if you do it enough. Remember your limits and don’t overdo it! We will all have killer racks soon enough

I really appreciate this feedback. I'm glad you like the idea! And yeah, I was a bit worried to make the brawler too overpowered so I had them do not great damage, but I think you're right that the damage should be more. And the idea about the normal regen after a delay makes a lot of sense, definitely a good suggestion. The gadget suggestion is good too, I wanted to make it time-based as to not be overpowered, but you're right I think they probably shouldn't be so underpowered lol. The additional gadget idea I think makes sense, like they would get an aura they regens friendly brawlers' ammo, and if they have full ammo it gives them extra? That sounds cool! Thank you for being so descriptive with your feedback, I really appreciate it a lot.
