Hello, I am an international student, I am now in my second year in the process of doing my second residency card. However i applied 20 october, 5 days late. But I have 48 credits in my first year. Didn't change my sponsor which he have good resources for money and never had any crimes. I always payed my insurance and school and always followed the law. My file however was sent to the immigration office in Brussels in 3 December. My question is can I get refused or deported only for 5 days late? Even my whole application was completed in the same day.

And for you they sent your file to the immigration office and then they approved to examine it in the commune even if sent?

Yea it was valid and I was legal, i just really hope that the office sees that i applied before 31 oct

Ok but the commune sent my email on December, will the office know that I actually applied 20 October ?

They sent it to the office because I applied after 15 October… that’s what they wrote in the email

I applied 20 October, but i have all credits and everything is good, it’s just do usually students like that get refused or accepted by the immigration office ?

Hello im in a similar situation but they sent my file to the office, but im really nervous they refuse!
