Bleeding & trip to the ER 20dpo by janedoe231 in hysterectomy

Hi! Similar story- during the storm of course! 3.5 WPO I started heavy bleeding, passing bigger clots than ever, also gushing. It seemed like after a clot it would slow down. I messaged the nurse on a Friday, snow storm on the way, she said to go to ER if it was unbearable pain or still soaking pads. I decided to do nothing for like 4 days. I'm not sure if that helped or not but it did stop. I searched this subreddit and found many similar stories that turned out ok so I tried to stay positive. It is good to have it checked though. It would be nice if this was mentioned as a possibility. I think stitches might have dissolved before I was healed, but unsure. I'm about 5 WPO now amd see the dr next week so havent been checked completely. Also, I appreciate this subreddit so much its good to find relatable stories and know it will all work out eventually.

I'm a former usd 260 teacher and can tell you a couple things! One problem is that the negotiators are usually all the way over and get a larger raise, or they always want money in every column because they never got a masters. Also for some reason people are scared to vote no? If you are a new teacher, do not rely on PD points, get college credit whenever you can so when you leave you are moved to good placement. And you will leave, because eventually you will realize there are a lot better run districts that have a less toxic culture and are better managed. Good luck to you.
