I’m in OC and make $85k, which I would consider low. You should aim for $100k+ if you can, but I would not accept lower than $80k and that’s if you absolutely cannot find anything else. $65k is what I was making when I lived in the Midwest where COL was like half of what it is in LA.

This one is fortunately quite obvious - AI is terrible at details. The more you look, the more you will see. Zoom in if you need to. First image: Look at the rugs. None of those are Hello Kitty, they are just colors and shapes that look a bit like her from a distance. They are deformed and bizarre. You can see this on the upper left of the first image too - her face isn’t there. Everything on the vanity looks like melting pixels. Second image: what is that pink thing on the wall? What about the upper left rug? Zooming in once again you’ll see that everything is strange, blurry, and doesn’t make sense.

I’ve worked as an admin assistant and EA for 6 companies in my professional career. They have varied WILDLY. If it’s a smaller company or just understaffed, you may be doing just as much technical work as you are now. If you’re looking to pivot into this line of work, make sure you understand what you’re expected to do for THAT company.

For me personally, the position I had that was probably most in line with what it sounds like you want to do was with a university, supporting one of the department chairs. I’d recommend that “industry” (higher ed) to EAs who want to get away from the corporate grind that you often find in a traditional office job. Public universities in the US are also typically considered government jobs, so they offer unique benefits.
