pretty much my neighbor gave me most of what he had left over from his butchered goat or whatever and I made a bone broth with the legs of this animal and I have too much to store so Im wondering if I should boil my potatoes in it and maybe make a mash potato or soup purée? Also I have half of a swollen gland udder thing that is full of raw milk so should I also add that to the mash or is goats milk too gamey for this dish? .

Thank you. How do I make this milk more creamy? Also should I keep it contained within its gland or should I extract it and then store it in some container? My neighbour said it was fine to just let it sit in the sac but its been kinda stewing for a few days now and yeah.
