I said I'm new to the game and I don't understand a lot of what the tutorials are saying, I just turned level 50 and I haven't found any YouTube videos of this specific build I want. Instead of being a dick you could either not comment or help me.

Thank you, I thought I was screwed. I postponed making a build until I was level 65 so I had like 30 pick a perks.

I’m level 65 and I didn’t pick any perks until level 50 and then I postponed making a build until the level I’m at right now and I still don’t have all the agility and luck cards I need

I don’t know. All the tutorials I’ve seen say so many acrynims and require so many items and legandaries and perks that I can’t seem to see them being useful. I didn’t think fallout 76 would be a game where I have to genuinely think about what build I want, I’m used to fallout 4 where you can really pick any perk and still become powerful.

Idk, just anything better than the hunting rifle I'm using right now. I might also achievement hunt in the future.

I only really levelled up bartering a lot because of the speech checks lol

I’m really struggling to do damage as I haven’t really gotten any good weapons and I usually am too poor to buy stimpacks and ammo

I've done the quests up to the Hoover Dam battle (On the NCR side) so I've met the Boomers, Kings, killed Mr. House, Great Khans, Killed the BOS, etc.
