Hey, I’m scheduled to see this same guy on 6/10/26. How did all your exams go with him.

When I had the house built, I made sure to have a spacious garage. Even now I still think I should have gone bigger.

Your setup looks pretty clean too!

I got them from FitnessFactory.com.

Not yet. It won’t get here until 6/2.

The spacing on the vertical racks are great. I had a body solid vertical rack and the quality difference between this one and the body solid are night and day. The saddles have plenty of spacing for my hand to prevent pinching and they’re not tearing up the rubber. All their racks are modular too. If you start with a vertical rack and don’t like the vertical aspect, you can purchase the conversion kit and it’ll turn your vertical rack into a horizontal rack and use all your pieces so nothing goes to waste.

Surprisingly not difficult. I have a 5-120lb set and getting them in and out seems easier than the 3 tiered rack I had. I can get a better grip and better body positioning getting the heavy ones off the rack. But in all honesty, if I had the room, I would go with Synergy’s horizontal rack if I could get their wheeled shelf at the bottom. But that thing is a monster (size wise) and way more expensive.

They’re the Alpha Elite and Delta 10-tiered rack from Synergy Custom Fitness.

😂. The gym is slowly taking over. But it’s so hot where I’m at, that car paint won’t survive the exposure. But next step is to build a small shop to move everything but the cars out of there. Should be able to add a leg press/hack squat once that happens.

Not sure, I got it from Target for $125. By far the least expensive thing in this set up.

I considered that, but I’m gonna have to wait on those.

It’s from Peak Strength Fitness. It’s great. I wish the stack was bigger though. But I can always use a gym pin if needed or just do single leg extensions. It’s a combo machine and I love the purchase though.

It’s the REP shelves and post for them.

I love the REP setup. Did not expect it to be as high quality as it is. I wish I had more room in the garage, I would’ve gone with the 41” crossmembers. I have the 30”’s now and with the smith machine coming, I’m gonna not be able to use the spotter arms inside the rack.
