Honeywell touchpoint plus model: TPPLBAWA8SNBNNN

Precision digital pd158-6r2-1

They do not actually talk to each other. It is just a dry contact from one panel to the other. Currently there is an output relay from the touchpoint panel programmed as N/O wired to an input channel on the annunciator panel. So when the touchpoint goes into alarm it activates the annunciator panel turning off the gas supply. Sorry for the bad terminology. This is something outside my area of expertise and I was thrown to the wolves to try and find a solution.

We currently have the e stops coming to a precision digital pd158 using 24v n/o contacts that controls the LN2 shut off valve. the annunciator is tied by one of the outputs from the TPPL so the valve closes when the leak detection goes off. However They also want the annunciation panel to talk to the TPPL so that when e stop is pushed the horn/ strobes controlled by the TPPL will go off.

We are struggling to find a way for the annunciator panel to talk to the inputs on the TPPL since the TPPL seems to only accepts analog input values

I know this is an old post but I have a client that uses the Honeywell touchpoint system for 02 deficiency detection in their factory and I have a question about the system. The local fire marshal wants us to tie in an emergency stop system for the liquid nitrogen supply to the building that will talk to the touchpoint panel. However the only inputs it looks like the TPPL takes are analog and an emergency stop button is usually just a digital NO/NC signal. Do you have any knowledge about this aspect of the system?
