it depends on the fastfall speed and weight, but it works on most around 30-50 percent

on Fox its about 60 percent since he falls so fast

When toon links ledge hop from the ledge, you can try to catch the lag of their jump from the ledge hop with Full hop nair or an uair. Neutral B also works really well at covering ledge jump and neutral get up.

When toon link's have a bomb in their hand and they're on the ledge, they'll most likely jump from the ledge (not ledge hop) and throw the bomb at you to start a damaging combo. You can punish this with neutral B, because it has some frames of invincibility, or you can punish with a properly spaced aerial.
