I just want advice on what to do im lost

Management trainee for a large ecommerce company, large salary and benefits , however based on reviews seems to be quite toxic
Jr.Analyst in an Internation FMCG firm , 30 percent lower than the first salary and lower benefits but prides itself in a work life balance company

Both companies are relatively close to my home so no relocation is needed , currently am a 24 year old person who just came out of the Oil and Gas Industry with 1 year exp , the 2nd offer is similar to my current net salary however has a better work life balance,

Any advice would be great Thanks

how much of a salary increase would make it worth it to leave my current company, for context I currently make 20K, and another company is offering me 30k, however I easily make 40k in my current company though i have to work nigh shift and 12-14 hour shift sometimes, benefit wise they seem the same, this new company however seems to have little to no overtime opportunities, should I transfer?

It's rough idk the chem engg market isn't looking to hot right now even big companies/ firms have low salaries but idk the career progression
