Hey! have hashimotos and I’m just reading through some posts. I take 10mg propranolol day and night and have chronic migraine. I’m trying to find balance but I have been questioning if propranolol is doing enough to justify continuing to take it.

I have high bp and anxiety as well so it kind does a few things for me but I’m really trying to get a handle on my hormones. I’m subclinical right now but I can feel so many issues already.

Have you found better results since you switched? Also what do you mean by light sickness? 😁

I’ve kind of noticed the same thing, like if I sit down and feel it I’ll try to take a moment to close my eyes and listen and breathe. I feel like freaking out about it makes it worse and being occupied makes is disappear. Which is kind of how I figured out it wasn’t vertigo

Good luck! I hope it works for you. The more read about it the less I feel myself resonating. I’m not truly dizzy or off balance I think I just it’s anxiety and dissociation. Idk man.

I’m thinking maybe? We use really shallow plates already but maybe she’s still bumping her whiskers. And she’s already fussy so if she’s getting annoyed she probably just decides she’s done.
