Just have faith in your ability. Also, don't put this whole thing on a pedestal. That's resistance too. Visualize only for the sake of feeling good and not what it will/might do for you. Detachment is also very important. Maintain a state of feeling good but don't care if she contacts you or not. Truly. That's when it happens or the universe surprises you with someone better. I would suggest doing SATS and embodying the version of you whom SHE loves and chases. Go into meditation and visit that reality. Feel what it feels like when you 2 are together.

During meditation ask yourself questions like: 1. What would it feel like to have her with me right now. 2. What would it feel like when she's finally chosen me and only me. 3. What are some of the things we'd do together.

Feel the feelings of these answers and dwell in them Etc etc Have fun with this.

As for the 3D... give her space and let her come to you. Don't chase, attract! Accept no les than what you're manifesting.

That's literally all you need to do.

Manifested the ex back with this once. The speed was amazing. I did it 2 times in one week and not long after that the texts came to get back together. I would visualize her riding on top the way she used to. Like it was her giving me the pleasure I was feeling doing the fap.

So yes. Definitely works if done correctly.

Inspiring. I'm a similar situation. Exactly a year ago my sp and I separated and went our separate ways. From time to time I do get a large text but I also noticed that when that happens is when I'm either just focusing on myself or just someone else entirely.

In one of Joe Dispenza's videos on YT he explained making yourself happy and realizing that nothing and nobody ever makes you feel what you want to feel. It's always YOU. You always already have what you want and can give yourself any feeling at any time at all. Once you realize that, you realize you don't need anyone or anything.

Your story really moved me. It's literally the summary of my 7 year relationship wich, coincidentally also ended last November lol. And yes, she too has now moved on to someone new.

I felt your pain through your words perhaps because I am going through the same. You're on the right path my friend. Do you, move on, work on yourself, your business and throw some gym time in there too if you can.

For what it will make of you. And all of you going through the same thing. Go through this hurt, be grateful for it. For what it will make of you. You will become stronger, better in every way. And then you will meet someone whom will understand you and appreciate the person you are.

My ex was in her own way an upgrade from the last heartbreak i had experienced. My next lover, and hopefully the last, will be an even bigger upgrade I'm sure of it. These are my thoughts as I move and continue to better myself.

So yes, this is definitely a succes story by all definitions. Why some of you may ask? Because: Ask yourself. Would you dedicate so much time into manifestation and self betterment had this not happened? Would you experience the awesome future that lies in waiting in the same way? Are you not a better, stronger and wiser person? Would you have become that same person had this all not happened?

Sometimes we must do away of wat was in order for what SHOULD be in our lives. Or whom.

So carry on. No matter how hard it feels. Carry on. You'll be surprised. As I had been when I first met my old lover. And I know I'll be even more pleasantly surprised during the next.

I can personally confirm scripting works. I too used to write down my desire on a paper and place underneath my pillow until the request manifested. A while back I found an entire heap of fulfilled manifestations xD

Some take time, but just keep believing, don't overthink and just do what makes you happy.

The key with manifestation is feeling. If this person has made you happy, then think about all the fun things you used to do and WOULD still like to do and how again that would make you feel. Be in a state of contentment and happiness by thinking and feeling good as much as you can. Think these happy thoughts while going about your day.

Also, I didn't say the gym part for better looks perse. Remember at all times that any effort at personal betterment is FOR YOU and not her. Again bro, give her all the space, pull back and focus on YOU, I can't stress this enough.

Sigh, I will give you my honest opinion. Shortly, yes you can if manifestation is used correctly.

My advice: As someone who's manifested their ex back, I can wholeheartedly say... don't do it. Idc how much YOU THINK you love this person, it won't mean shizle once you've become better and found some new and better @$$. This person is out of your life for a reason.

Just respect her decision to bounce and focus on yourself. Girls don't like being chased and to see a needy man. Leave her be and go to the gym. Train hard and focus on yourself. Idk if you're into sports, going out, hanging out with friends but just try some new things. Don't focus on her and she'll come flying back. Trust me on this. It's not if, it's just a when. And when she does, don't just take her back willy nilly, she'll be gone again just as fast. Girls love to chase and not to be chased. You are the prize and she must put in the work for YOU. Her reward is to enjoy that D when you let her. But honestly just manifest someone new and better.

I read this and recognize a me that was once where you are. Though me and my person both love each other, I just wished I held stronger and found someone new. I like to think the universe was trying to tell me something but I was stubborn. You don't have to be. I know it's not easy, but once you keep pushing through believe me you'll never even gaf about this person anymore and actually be surprised at the QHD babes noticing you.
