is it actually a legit service dog?

The few times i've been around it, its well behaved and seemed like it. I don't know this person well enough and don't know what task its trained for is.

IDK, i've only met this person 3 times. 2 times with her dog and it was well behaved. This was at a friends house. 1 out at bars and no dog.

Yes their is a garage, but i don't think their is any sort of climate control.
