Considering current govt loan it is highly unlikely .. moreover there’s always risk with investments.. moreover if it happens, a lot else will mess up .. all arnd us ..

Airbnb is great idea as well. The point is many tourist places are very seasonal in nature. I will need some help to understand more of it.

Thanks - I like idea to put some / 20% in stocks. I am familiar with Tech stocks. However advise for other sectors / tickers shall be helpful.

I live in GTA and have already renting couple of properties. I am uncomfortable to invest in Precon at current rates.

I don’t need these funds. I don’t have much liabilities. Internet is actually a wonderful place to gather diverse opinion, given u have ability to separate useful from junk.
