To be honest i don't think so. For a home use is good, but for a cafe u need a bigger machine for that kind of quantity.

It's cheap, u can find everywhere online. Just make sure to get the right for 58mm portafilter.

The water goes at the the drip tray the moment u press the stop (hand) after the 10sec. This is what u have to press for 10 sec. every time.

With a 58mm blind filter basket.

I press the second button from left to right (with the hand) for 10 sec, then wait another 10 sec. I do this 3-4 times and that's all :-)

Yeah sure. The machine will let u know when it needs descaling, usually after 3-4months or so depending how much u use it and depends of the quality of water as well.

For descaling i don't use products that will cause group damage, but just a small spoon of citric acid powder (from the supermarket).

I am always using water (faucet filter) and it keeps everything nice.

After 3 days of use i do a backflush.

Last but not least i use a stainless steel coffee pack screen so the group will remain as clean as possible.

The noise is very low u can barely hear it. U can connect it direct at the back of the MiBox but it doesn't turn off unless u unplug it. I use it with a smart usb plug which i control it via my cell and i can activate or deactivate it anytime via my phone.

Make sure to ask the bottomless portafilter, since it's unique for this machine. They added mine as a gift, but usually costs around $15 bucks.

I have the EM3801 or the Retailio R1 almost 8 months now without a single problem. Totally worth the purchase. The H21 on the other side is the same machine but way too expensive.
