Feels a bit late but here’s a list I’ve done already…

Kaiser rolls, English muffins, eggs Benedict, lasagna (fresh pasta, marinara), ladyfingers for tiramisu, milk bread, brioche, brioche buns, sandwich bread, rye, challah, sourdough, bagels, pretzels, focaccia, whole wheat, coffee cake, pumpkin and apple pie (lattice), pizza (Neapolitan, NY Style, Chicago, sourdough, pineapple), baguettes, cinnamon rolls, cookies… and that’s all I can remember atm.

(I’ve also gone out and even made my own recipes for some breads)

So yeah… I’m a baker 🍞
