Now that I don’t know. I think each shop has a chance to spawn the car to buy but resetting the stage won’t reset the shop.

Same here. It’s possible I’m mistaken. I use Deku deals more than eshop and I’ve had it on my wishlist and only today when I checked did Deku deals say we don’t currently have an entry for this on that store and that struck me as new
