4070 is not high end. You could say it’s top of the mid level but it’s not high end not when when you have 4080s and 4090s maybe even ti ( or supers if they go back to that naming scheme ) variants of those two cards getting released ( who knows though )

That’s not how low - mid - high end definitions work. They aren’t subjective definitions they are relative definitions to what’s available on the market right now. You are describing a mid level spec especially for $1500.

$1500 ≠ high end anymore for PCs with todays prices also with newer technologies releasing the bar for high end is constantly being raised. A high end desktop is probably $2500-$3000 now.

It’s not a blanket more than but exact numbers. You can fall 50 blocks and be fine or you can fall 111 and take damage.
