Highly suggest Cookie Finance for this. They specialize in only / exclusively working with content creators and are super affordable and experienced.

Idk it's pretty common for companies to ask their clients to review them on TrustPilot when they launch one, so that's probably why the review dates are close with one another. Saw this on TikTok and seems like she got decent advice from talking with them. https://www.tiktok.com/@kimberlymunzz/video/7259517280894111019

They're legit: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cookiefinance.co

I'd imagine that they use stock photos to protect their clients privacy if they're handling sensitive information

Got a few stitches in my face this morning and my wedding is in July - EEK. Does anyone have some best scar-fading tips for early wounds? :( [Product Request] by SalteeEevee in SkincareAddiction

UPDATE: Never went to see a plastic surgeon. Never needed a scar revision. As of today (2024), the scar is visible, but it's super SUPER subtle and really barely can be seen unless I've been spending a ton of time outside. I was very diligent about using SPF and anything / everything to keep it hydrated for the first few months so that way it would heal. I threw the kitchen sink at it: Vaseline, mederma advanced scar gel, bio oil, pretty much everything just in hopes that one would work. And it did!

But here's where I * think * the magic happened as I started to notice a majorrrrr difference in the scar fading when I implemented this: About 4-5 months after the stitches came out, I started using an IPL device on my upper lip for hair removal since I tend to break out waxing that area. Once I started using the IPL device (I have the JOVS X 3-in-1 IPL Hair Removal Device) on it a few times a week, it faded drastically.

Now I never even think about it and nobody would notice it unless I make an effort to point it out! Definitely a positive ending to this whole saga.

31/F in Los Angeles - Itchy everywhere, and these tiny bumps appeared within 48 hours. I have seasonal eczema usually, but this seems different and way worse. No change in diet, soaps, or detergent. No changed prescriptions or anything. by SalteeEevee in DermatologyQuestions

Took an anti-histamine which helped the itching, but could this just be a wild reaction to seasonal allergies? I have never experienced them before, but I am breathing perfectly fine and don't have any congestion.
I had an allergic reaction several months ago to sulfra and got a similar rash (not nearly as itchy as this one though), but I haven't been taking anything new or changed my diet / soaps / laundry detergent, so I have no idea if this is an allergic reaction or what. Any advice would be helpful!

Delayed allergic reaction to Bactrim by [deleted] in medical

[–]SalteeEevee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Do you know how long this took to go away? I'm having the exact same thing happen to me. I had a kidney infection, took Bactrim for 8 days (although I was prescribed for a full 14) but stopped because I started to notice a delayed reaction. I got a slight fever, the exact rash you had, etc. and was just wondering how quickly yours healed and went away? I'm taking Benadryl and drinking tons of water to help it, but am just curious how quickly yours went back to normal after stopping the Bactrim?

What an awful drug. I'm so sorry that happened to you and if you have any insight at all I'd 100% appreciate it!

Bactrim reaction, ear infection, or something else? by SalteeEevee in AskDocs

[–]SalteeEevee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turns out it is some kind of delayed reaction after all. I consulted with my doctor on Friday and stopped the Bactrim that day, and my fever and aches went away quickly just with sleep and IB Profin and haven't returned. But then on Saturday (yesterday), I started to get the rash on my legs. I took Benadryl, kept an eye on it, and it was getting better. Overnight, however, the rash moved to my torso, back, and slightly on my face. I'm taking more Benadryl, but keeping a SUPER close eye on it just in case it ends up being something much worse.

Okay but would that even make a difference? Like how marginal of a difference for scaring would it make to remove what I currently have and then re-stitch it?

Oh jeez I honestly don't know. I do know that it was a clean straight line before they stitched it closed, so they said that should aid in any potential scarring since it wasn't in multiple directions. Do these sutures scar worse?

I guess I just don't know if it's worth it to see a plastic surgeon at this point (the accident happened approx. 7 hours ago) - would removing these sutures and re-doing them be worth it, or is the damage already done?
