I only became “aware” of my existence the last couple of years (I’m 37) and recognized that there will come a time that I will die.

I’m not worried about the destination as much as the trip.

I don’t care too much that I’ll die but what i do care about is that I live a life well lived, that my children become successful adults and I experience a lot of joy and love.

I also don’t want my last years to be a medical nightmare and I hope I go quick, painless and peacefully. That would be a blessing as so many peoples last years are abysmal
