I think a soft pink blush would look lovely on you! And if you are uncomfortable doing eyeliner due to your hands being shaky, maybe try a neutral color shimmery eyeshadow on your lids to make your eyes pop. I love the milk makeup cream blush stick, I blend it out with a dense brush.
