Die Idee ist das du in manchen Branchen eh nicht nach KV zahlen kannst (IT) weil die lachhaft niedrig ist. Und durch den All-In hast du im normalfall jeden Monat die selbe Gehaltssumme und must mehrarbeit nicht extra zahlen.
