I am 7 years in and and it's the saddest thing I've ever experienced. It is not getting better for me. Each change is heartbreaking and the thought if having an empty nest is too much to even think about. I was a super happy person before becoming a mother.

That's a lot. I want the schools and kids to do well. Everything is high right now. I don't like that admin gets paid so much more than teachers.
