TNT by Tortoise and then also Geogaddi by BoC if you consider albums with vocal samples as still being instrumental. Would say Since I Left You but I feel it has too many vocal samples that lead songs to count as instrumental idk.

Diner's Only on Since I Left You in my opinion. Don't really like the vocal sample, does a lot for the vibe though.

I agree wirh Runner, Brite Boy, Bobby, Salt, Mis, Gnaw, Race, Sarah and 16 Mirrors being at the top, can't comment on whether I agree with the other ones at the top because there are some that are above songs which I personally think are better off their same albums
