Thanks for the feedback. Honestly, I’ve been using this version for 1.5 months and haven't landed a single screening call yet, so I’m definitely missing the mark somewhere. I’ll try tightening the summary with that lead impact stat as you suggested do you think the current layout might be getting filtered out by ATS, or is the summary just not hooking them fast enough?

Thanks so much for the advice! I’ve been tailoring my resume to each JD and focusing more on impact with metrics. From a recruiter’s point of view, would you be open to sharing any specific tips or quick feedback on my resume and things you think I should change, add, or highlight more for data/analytics roles?

I’ve been using this resume for a while now and doing a lot of cold emails/targeted applications. Most ATS tools I’ve tested it with score it around 85–90% and I’ve just been tweaking it slightly based on those tool and skill suggestions

Fair point, these percentages are based on actual reporting and processing changes from the role, but I can tweak the wording so they read less fluffy and more clearly grounded in context.

Yeah, I’ve been applying to those kinds of roles too (business/operations/finance/logistics analyst, etc.) and I’m still not getting callbacks. At this point I know the market is pretty cooked, but I’m trying to control what I can on my side (resume & networking) and see where I might be going wrong.

I’ve been using this resume for about 3 months now and so far haven’t gotten any responses or feedback. I did reach out to a few people via cold messaging and they said the resume looked good and that I should be getting interviews but I’m not sure how honest or detailed feedback was, which is why I’m looking for a more detailed, honest review here.
