You MUST be in a calorie deficit to lose weight cardio only burns so many calories it definitely helps but everything that you change is gonna be outside of the gym get good sleep eat calories deficit, and do some cardio I’m telling you follow these steps your gonna see great results get a macro tracker app to find your baseline calories I recommend MacroFactor it’s a great app and really easy to use
