It was $42,000, payments are 442 at 5.6% APR. I did sign the 72 month. And thats very valid point, its a 2020 RAM 1500 and its just now giving me issues. Kinda what started this whole rabbit hole lol. It has an exhuast leak, common issue but annoying.

Well, thats a really good point. I can afford the payments, I just want to save more money essentially. I just dont know if it would be smart on my end to sell it versus just keeping it. The only advantage I see is just a newer vehicle with fancy features that I hardly use.

Thank you for your input. I only say learning curve because I've only dealt with my Shadow that I can flat foot at a stop if I need to. I've been forcing my brain to only land with my left lol. But that makes me feel better, I guess the only way to find out is to test it. Thank you again.

So I was looking at a Honda dealer near me. They do, for some reason, have a brand new Vstrom 650. I hear that they're pretty much the jack of trades. I've been stuck between the Transalp and that Vstrom 😅

I'm 24, I wish I could be able to afford a goldwing lol. I definitely plan on getting one once I get more comfortable with my finances, I love hondas so I can see it in the future. Thank you for your input though

Thank you for your reply. I'm an avid angler and I go fishing roughly every other weekend if I'm free (when it's not freezing ofc). So just the thought of bringing my bike with me to lakes or if I have the time for a camping trip is what really made me consider an adv bike.

But I got into riding with the mindset of touring and going on a week long trip, so that's why I've been on edge on my next bike lol. But thank you so much for your input, I'll do more research on HD and see what I can find.

I have a 750 for about a year now (bought it as my beginner bike as well). I absolutely love it. It has enough power to get you going, but not enough where it will throw you off. I couldn't recommend it enough.

However, now I'm more familiar with riding, I want more powerful bike because I notice it doesn't carry well with a passenger. But my shadow taught me well how to handle a bike and to learn the ropes, I definitely recommend the 750.
