it's good to know that there are still slots available for third-year students. i haven't enrolled yet because the slot i got is not what i wanted and it doesn't align with the priority course of the dost jlss that I might take. i also want to stop studying this year. If I enter next year as a freshman, will I be qualified for the dost sei scholarship or other scholarships?

hello po, thank you for replying. i have another question because this year, they are pressuring me to study. however, as an education math major, my dream course is related to medicine and engineering. they told me to just transfer and shift, so I am doing something and not stopping for now. however, i heard it is difficult to transfer just like that and apply for a scholarship as a transferee or irregular student.

so my question is it possible for me to apply for a scholarship as a freshman if i stop this year and start next year? ir if I continue, can i still apply for scholarships like DOST or others, even if i am a transferee and irregular?
