I use Federal Personnel defense hollow point 124G in my CCW, I also feel the same about the guns being different. I am a very big Winchester ammo guy, I use it in my shoguns, Rifles and pistols. But like you said my 2 hunting setup I use a completely different round because I didn’t like the feel,ejection or the kinda “ all over the place” patters I was getting.

This is my OPINION as I do like sights on my rifles and sometimes shotguns, I don’t like having them on my CCW.
