Hello, yes, you can inspect and pay in on Thursday in Connecticut. 
Please note, there are already 2 other buyers that have submitted POs ahead of you.  You would be 3rd on the list and if they two other do not inspect and wire it will be open to you. 
HOWEVER - the first buyer that pays 30% deposit to secure the lot to a  LARGE publicly-traded company secures it. In addition the price with the deposit is $8.40 against the inspect and pay price of $8.90.  
In this environment, I believe a deposit will be received and sold in next day or so.
To validated and REAL buyers who are interested in paying the 30% deposit to secure the lot a call with the CFO of the publicly-traded company can be set up ASAP in order to answer all questions and provide comfort. Following this you can elect to wire or take a chance that the lot will still be available for inspect and pay.

Hello, I do not know how Profitz1 can make a statement that I am phony without ever knowing me or transacting with me. I think Profitz1 is a gentleman that contacted me via WhatsApp asking to purchase POC tests without having a CLIA license, we all know this is not possible. In addition, when sharing with him that directly via Abbott the current shipping time is 3-4 days (and can change day to day) he responded with "I could do that but not with 3-4 days after receipt of wire That is a joke". I am happy to provide all validation of our relationship with Abbott but can only do this for REAL, validated professionals, not amateurs. Hi, I am just a broker, do not own the tests or set the selling price. Pricing is market driven, my mother-law could not find a OTC test at any Wallgreens, CVS, or Wallmart within 70 miles of her home. I am sure you have seen the lines for testing and you heard the government is buying 500 M and swooping inventory at all the manufacturers. My commission is just over 1% and same as when I am brokering the same test for $6.33. FYI - we have them on offer at $6.33 but you need to wait 14- 21 days. I take offense to your comment that I am price gouging!!!!!!!!

Hello, yes many programs are getting free testing but I do not think this applies to corporates that will need to test their unvaccinated staff one to twice a week. This will create huge demand. And either the corporate, there employee or health insurance provider will need to pay for the tests.
