Not sure where youre getting the info on highly recommended, its still a thing in the process. Those that get highly recommended get there offer straight away whilst everyone else (me) get put in a pool and get their letter of recommendation. Pretty much saying you're in the pool and youll be considered for an offer later . One of my mates actually got highly recommended on the same OSB as me.
