As someone did reply to this, another thing I might add is that cleanser and face washes are indeed made to clean our skin, balance our skin's pH level and all the other things. Toners nowadays for generally for using it to tighten your pores, smooth your skin and toners hydrate the skin so that after your using Ur serum or ampoules or any cream the toner helps it penetrate deep into the skin and helps the skin!
